Brewing Tips

Quantity

Utilize 0.1 oz of leaf for every 5.5 fl oz of water (equating to 2.5g per 150ml).

Temperature

For optimal infusion, heat water to 194°F (90°C). For tea with milk, heat water to 212°F (100°C).

Time

Allow the tea to steep for 45 seconds to 2 minutes, sampling periodically for desired taste.

Infusions

This tea can be steeped at least twice. With each mindful steeping, new nuances of flavor are revealed.
